What is one of the first things you do when you start your day? Probably do some stretches and then brush your teeth, before taking a bath, right? Well, at least 90% of us follow the habit of brushing our teeth in the morning, because it is an extremely healthy and a necessary habit to follow. Right from a young age, our elders and school teachers tell us that one must brush one's teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and just before bed. Many people even brush their teeth after a big meal that involves a lot of sweet dishes!
